The solution:

A new easy-to-navigate POS system across all technology products that allowed simple comparisons of the top brands to be made at point of purchase alongside the product.

Results:

Sales in the trial stores outperformed non-trial stores by over 50%. Customers found the POS really helped them in their product choice.
