A Very British Affair

The Brief
To reposition this heritage luxury brand with its target market through a campaign that subtly speaks of Mappin & Webb’s history, quality, certainty and affection. 

The Solution
We created a campaign that embodies the characteristics of a brand with a story to tell that is rich, elegant, admired and adored. Discretion, subtlety and sophistication were central to the creative direction and the centrepiece of the campaign was a series of lifestyle images shot by renowned photographer Andreas Heumann. These images have been used across all channels:  advertising, DM, in store brochure, online and POS. 

The above the line activity has been supported with PR including editorial coverage and product placement in fashion, luxury and travel media.

Result
A Very British Affair campaign will lead the communications strategy throughout 2011. Qualitative analysis of the campaign is scheduled during 2011.
