Alfresco Dining Enewsletter

The brief:

Digby&Co were asked to evaluate The White Company’s communications and make proposals to inject more personality and dynamics into their enewsletters and direct mail.

The solution:

Whilst being very careful to maintain the essence of the brand, we redesigned their approach giving a more magaziney and spontaneous feel to the communications both visually and through the copy, which aimed to give the brand a greater engagement with their customers. 

Results:

This has resulted in an uplift of 15% in sales, in a difficult market.
